The NAR Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.

Grant Simon

Grant Simon is celebrating 30 years in Real Estate and Mortgage Banking. Over the years, Grant has been a Realtor, Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and President of a Mortgage Company. Now he has gone back to his “roots” and is originating loans and speaking across the country.

Grant is an “Honors” graduate of the University of Florida (UF). He’s a nationally known speaker and writer; past Regional Governor for Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida (MBA); past President of Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida (MBA); 3 time ‘Educator of the Year’ for Orlando Regional Realtors® Association (ORRA); Convention speaker for Louisiana Association of Realtors® (LAR); Florida Realtors®, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida (MBA), Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and National Tax Lien Association (NTLA).


Cancellations, Refunds and No-Shows 

Cancellations  Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
Cancellations  Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
Refunds Checks  Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date.
Refunds Education Vouchers Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
No Shows Will result in a $20 No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and you will not be able to register for any additional classes until fees have been paid.
