Homestead Exemptions: Filing & Requirements

This program reviews what constitutes Homestead and the exempt or non-exempt status of various owners' roles as they apply. We'll also talk about the requirements needed into order to qualify and the rights and limitations of survivorship and transfer of tax exemption status. 2CE

Cancellations, Refunds, and No Shows

Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund.
Refunds-Checks: Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
Refunds - Education Vouchers: Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
No Shows - Will result in a $20 No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account could be locked and you will not be able to register for any additional classes until fees have been paid.
