The Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS) course curriculum offers you hands-on experience with international real estate transactions, as well as five full days of study focusing on the critical aspects of transnational transactions, including: currency and exchange rate issues; cross-cultural relationships; regional market conditions; investment performance; tax issues; and more!

Additionally, 1st year dues are prorated on a quarterly scale. Subsequent years are $220 billed annually in Quarter 4.

Zola Szerencses

Zola Szerencses became a real estate agent in 2001, and then a Broker Associate in 2010. He became a Certified International Property Specialist in 2004.  Zola became a licensed Florida Real Estate instructor in 2011.  He has been a CIPS faculty member of the National Association of Realtors since 2008 and is also a Florida Realtors faculty  member.

Zola has instructed the CIPS program for many other Associations, to include the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches, Daytona Beach Association of Realtors, Pinellas-Suncoast Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Sarasota Association, as well as internationally with the Central European Real Estate Association, Riga, Latvia, Hungarian Real Estate Association, and Budapest, Hungary.

Zola serves as a member of the National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors Global Business alliances, is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and Orlando Regional Realtor Association, serves as NAR's Liaison to HREA/Hungary, is the Chairman of NAR's International Local Council Forum, is the Vice Chairman of Florida Realtors Global Networking Forum and Chairman of Orlando Regional International Council.


1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $20 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and you will not be able to register for any additional classes until fees have been paid.
