Real estate contracts are the most used, yet most misunderstood documents in the profession. But in GRI 102, Contacts to Contracts will provide you with the key to understanding the fundamentals of contract law, including the process of offer, counteroffer, and acceptance .Goal Setting and Business Planning for the Real Estate Professional will assist you in identifying and defining business goals, and in designing the business plan that will help you to effectively achieve your goals. 

Standards of Practice Module GRI 102 is a 15-hour course with a 1.5-hour exam approved for 8 hours of CE Specialty Credit + 3 hours of Core Law credit + 3 hours of Ethics and Business Practices credit OR 15 hours of Sales Associate Post-Licensing Credit per module.

For this Certification Members are responsible for a $30 NAR Royalty fee to be paid during registration.
Member must have an active credit card on file in order to take this certification with our association.
In order to register for this course, member must sign an agreement to allow the Association to charge the member's credit card the $100 no-show fee associated with this class if the member fails to cancel within the required time period.

    **********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

• Member must have an active credit card on file in order to take this designation with our association.
• Member must sign an agreement to allow the Association to charge the member's credit card any no-show fee associated with this class if the member fails to cancel within the required time period. 
• Member may cancel registration no later than 8:00am on June 16th, 2022.
• Cancelation must be in writing and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com. A confirmation receipt will be sent to member. If the member does not receive confirmation email, it is the member's responsibility to follow up with the education department.
• Refund of Education Vouchers will be issued for registration amount for cancellation received seven or more business days prior to class date. 
• A $100 no-show fee will be automatically be accessed to a member's credit card if the member fails to cancel within 48 hours to the start of the class.
