Day 5 - The Americas and International Real Estate CIPS course is a one-day course that counts as one of three elective courses required to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. This course offers students practical information on working with regions of the Americas and provides historical and cultural influences, regional relationships, and investment opportunities from that region. It is designed to benefit both experienced real estate professionals as well as those just getting started.

*********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
  • Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
  • Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $100 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and suspended until No Show Fee is paid.

 Education Voucher disclaimer:
 Members using an education voucher must call the association to register, otherwise we cannot guarantee to refund you the cost of the royalty fee.
