The Drones in Real Estate is NOT a pilot training program. This course is designed to equip real estate professionals with the knowledge to leverage drones for Increased Sales by showcasing properties in new and innovative ways, Enhanced Marketability through offering unique property perspectives to attract buyers and Business Growth with understanding of the potential benefits and limitations of drone technology. This course also equips real estate professionalism with some basic knowledge to avoid legal pitfalls when using drones. By understanding the legal framework, the course helps real agents use drones responsibly and avoid potential liability.

Objectives: 
  • Name at least 3 uses for drones in real estate 
  • Identify benefits for buyers and sellers
  • Name at least 3 factors to consider before contacting an sUSA pilot. 
  • Clarify myths and misinformation about drones and drone use.
