Day 2 - The Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools CIPS course is a one-day course and is one of the two core courses required for U.S. real estate professionals to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. This course introduces real estate professionals to the tools needed to present investment information to international clients. Course Outline: Research foreign and hometown markets and compile dossiers of market information. Convert measurements between the metric system and U.S. system of measurements. Alert clients and customers to currency, fund transfer, and financing issues, and guide them to seek expert advice. Alert foreign clients and customers to tax considerations of real estate transactions. Begin to perform basic financial analysis using standard formulas. Compile, organize, and present financial data so that clients can make informed decisions. Identify properties that meet the personal and investment objectives of clients and customers. Education Voucher disclaimer: Members using an education voucher must call the association to register, otherwise we cannot guarantee to refund you the cost of the royalty fee. Cancellation Policy: A $100 dollar No-Show Fee will be charged to your credit card if you do not cancel 48 hours prior to the start of class. Zola Szerencses

Zola Szerencses became a real estate agent in 2001, and then a Broker Associate in 2010. He became a Certified International Property Specialist in 2004.  Zola became a licensed Florida Real Estate instructor in 2011.  He has been a CIPS faculty member of the National Association of Realtors since 2008 and is also a Florida Realtors faculty  member.

Zola has instructed the CIPS program for many other Associations, to include the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches, Daytona Beach Association of Realtors, Pinellas-Suncoast Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Sarasota Association, as well as internationally with the Central European Real Estate Association, Riga, Latvia, Hungarian Real Estate Association, and Budapest, Hungary.

Zola serves as a member of the National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors Global Business alliances, is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and Orlando Regional Realtor Association, serves as NAR's Liaison to HREA/Hungary, is the Chairman of NAR's International Local Council Forum, is the Vice Chairman of Florida Realtors Global Networking Forum and Chairman of Orlando Regional International Council.

*********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
o Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
o Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $100 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and suspended until No Show Fee is paid.
