This course will put participants on the fast track to knowing how to increase their customers' buying power, provide necessary finance suggestions, and move those hard to sell houses.
Objectives: 
  • Have more homes for their buyers to look at. 
  • Increase their marketplace with new customers. 
  • Protect customers from predatory lenders. 
  • Provide " no down payment" loans to all customers and eliminate PMI without 20% down.
