You're Registered!
GRI is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. The designation is earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program of 105 coursework hours. The program is broken down into a total of 7 individual modules. Each module contains 15 hours of course material and requires you to take and pass a test at the end. It is not necessary for you to take the modules in sequence. You have five years to complete the program from commencement. The 105 hours is made up of 45 hours of curriculum in the GRI 100 Series (GRI 101, 102 and 103), 30hours of curriculum in the  GRI 300 Series (GRI 301/302)˜Real Estate Specialties is a take it to the next level overview of appraising, property management, common ownership issues, exchanging, international real estate, single family residential construction, brokerage management and land/environment and private property rights. There is a 1.5-hour (50 Questions) exam approved for  8 hours of CE credit or 15 hours of Broker Post-Licensing Credit per module.

*********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********
 
1. Cancellations - Registrations canceled less than one business day prior to the class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of the entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $100 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and suspended until No Show fee has been paid. 
 
NOTE: Cancellation request should be submitted IN WRITING to education@osceola-realtors.com.

Cancellation Policy: A $100 dollar Cancellation Fee will be charged to your credit card if you do not cancel 48 hours prior to the date of the class. Cancel IN WRITING by emailing education@osceola-realtors.com.
