Form Simplicity is a paperless real estate forms management program designed to help you manage your transactions. Form Simplicity gives you the tools necessary to have your office Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
  • Identify the computer equipment necessary to run the Form Simplicity program
  • Learn time saving configurations within the Form Simplicity program
  • Keep your personal profile updated
  • Set up email notification
  • Create an email signature
  • Import contacts in the cloud. The Form Simplicity products are available on all mobile devices, are accessible anytime, anywhere.

**********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
o Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
o Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $20 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and you will not be able to register for any additional classes until fees have been paid.
