REALTORS are committed to abiding by fair housing laws and the Code of Ethics. But sometimes, our brains take shortcuts that can lead us astray. This Course teaches you tactics to interrupt stereotypical thinking and avoid fair housing pitfalls. You will learn about the mind science of identity and engage in exercises to help you foster business relationships with clients of all backgrounds. This class covers the Fair Housing requirement.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $100 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and suspended until No Show Fee is paid.
