The Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation is for real estate buyers agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.  Understand and demonstrate your value to today's buyer.  Acquire the skills and resources to succeed as a buyers agent in a dynamic real estate market. Help buyers find the right property at the right terms and price in both buyers and sellers markets.

*********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $100 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and suspended until No Show fee has been paid. 

NOTE: Cancellation request should be submitted IN WRITING to education@osceola-realtors.com.

 Education Voucher disclaimer: 
Members using an education voucher must call the association to register, otherwise we cannot guarantee to refund you the cost of the royalty fee.
