This intermediate-level course helps you accelerate your leadership development with tools and techniques that give you the ability to see the big picture. You'll learn about good governance, how to participate effectively in meetings and build consensus as you get more involved in association leadership.

**********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
3.     Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
4.     Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
5. No-Shows - Will result in a $20 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and you will not be able to register for any additional classes until fees have been paid.
