This course gets down to business with the almighty Credit Score! The subject matter will assist Realtors® in figuring out how to and why these scores are tallied, what FMLS's reasons for adopting them as home ownership criteria are, and how to analyze and decipher your own magic number. Most of all Realtors® participating in the track will be provided with the essential information in the 2004 Fair Credit Reporting Act to know how they can elect to " opt out" of irksome, unsolicited credit offers. Enroll in this course to know your credit rights by law.

  • Understand the importance of Fair Credit Reporting Act 
  • Recognize risk factors
  • Understand what constitutes a Credit Score 
  • Understand how to dispute credit data
