Safety should be at the top of the list of things every REALTOR should be concerned about. We meet complete strangers that in any other venue we would be suspicious of, but in the context of being a customer, we trust them fully. Unfortunately, this has caused our profession to be targeted by people with less-than-wholesome intentions. They know we're alone… they know we don't want to "offend" a possible paycheck… and they know many of us are untrained in how to protect ourselves. **********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

1. Cancellations - Three or less business days prior to class date are not eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of entire registration amount.
2. Cancellations - Four or more business days prior to class date are eligible for a refund:
o Refund Checks - Issued for entire registration amount for cancellations received seven or more business days prior to class date
o Refund Education Vouchers - Issued for registration amount for cancellations received between four to six business days prior to class date.
3. No-Shows - Will result in a $20 dollar No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes. Additionally, your account will be locked and you will not be able to register for any additional classes until fees have been paid.
