When it comes to state and federal laws that impact Real Estate Appraisers, it could not be more imperative that licensees both develop and communicate analyses and opinions correctly. This course is for appraisers that want to understand not only what changes have recently come about, but also the history and purpose of the Appraisal Foundation.
 
Objectives:
  • Become familiar with the connection of USPAP and the appraisal foundation to 475 - Part II
  • Become familiar with the instruction regarding the rules developed by the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board
