Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) – 2-Day Course - Instructor: Mike McGraw - The SRS Designation Course provides real estate professionals with advanced training to effectively represent seller clients in today’s market. Over two days, participants will gain practical skills, strategies, and resources to:

  • Increase listings and grow their business

  • Communicate their value to sellers

  • Apply the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice

  • Understand and follow state license laws

  • Utilize tools and techniques to meet seller expectations

This course is essential for agents looking to elevate their service and build stronger relationships with seller clients.

Cancellation Policy:   A  $100 cancellation fee will be charged if notice is not received in writing at least 48 business hours prior to the class. Send cancellations to education@osceola-realtors.com.

**********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

• Member must have an active credit card on file in order to take this designation with our association.
• Member must sign an agreement to allow the Association to charge the member's credit card any no-show fee associated with this class if the member fails to cancel within the required time period. 
• Member may cancel registration no later than 48 business hours before the date of the class. 
• Cancelation must be in writing and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com. A confirmation receipt will be sent to member. If the member does not receive confirmation email, 
        it is the member's responsibility to follow up with the education department.
• Refund of Education Vouchers will be issued for registration amount for cancellation received seven or more business days prior to class date. 
• A $100 no-show fee will be automatically be accessed to a member's credit card if the member fails to cancel within 48 business hours to the date of the class.
